MEET THE OTC STAFF: John Eoff, Vice President of Business Development

John Eoff is Vice President of Business Development of Offshore Technical Compliance LLC. John joined OTC as Vice President of Business Development in September 2013. He brings over 20 years of successful sales, marketing and relationship management to the team. In his past roles, John was responsible for the development of highly complex business relationships with Fortune 500 companies resulting in significant sales increases. For several years, he also served as a Partner in an investment firm specializing in corporate sales and relationships. John is responsible for the day-to-day business relationship management of existing client base, marketing and the development of new business. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from San Diego State University, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
