David McCubbin, P.E., has been at OTC since 2017 and brings with him 37 years of petroleum engineering experience.  Mr. McCubbin provides top-level leadership to the Operations Department in developing and delivering products and services to meet the needs of its customers.  Mr. McCubbin’s 37 year career has included stops at Exxon, W&T, Woodside Energy USA and Explore Enterprises.  He has worked in nearly every aspect of Drilling and Production acquisition, operations and planning.

Mr. McCubbin has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from LSU and an M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane and is a registered professional engineer in Louisiana.
