Dan Phelps is the Senior Inspector / Safety and Environment Management System (SEMS) Consultant for Offshore Technical Compliance, LLC, providing clients with independent federal regulatory inspections for offshore oil and gas facilities. Inspections cover a wide range of activities from operations, environmental protection and safety and apply to drilling, work over and completion, coiled tubing, wire line and snubbing operations. Inspections include a review of well control plans, ranging from subsea to surface BOP manifold and safety devices.
