MEET THE OTC STAFF: Erika Hemphill, Operations & Staff Analysis

Erika Hemphill is the Operations & Staff Analysis of Offshore Technical Compliance LLC. Erika obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Management with a concentration in Human Resource from Southeastern Louisiana University. She brings with her more than eight years of compliance reporting experience and three years of human resource management. Erika aids the Vice President – Operations with regulatory compliance reporting needs, business analysis and marketing projects. She produces and distributes inspection reports detailing current activities and Potential Incidents of Noncompliance, compiles and reports daily/monthly observations and trend analysis for clients. Erika maintains data management, supplier qualifications and personnel training qualification/tracking for ISNetworld and PEC Safety.
