MEET THE OTC STAFF: Laura Havrylkoff, Vice President of Operations

Laura Havrylkoff is Vice President of Operations of Offshore Technical Compliance LLC. Laura is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for OTC including the coordination of inspection schedules, logistics, inspector relations, marketing, contract administration and insurance. In addition, she oversees regulatory compliance reporting, SEMS field audits and inspector training programs. Laura brings with her over 18 years oil and gas industry experience. She has a background in oil and gas marketing and transportation, pipeline scheduling, production allocations and reporting and revenue accounting audits with Woodside Energy (USA) Inc., as well as organization of data rooms, third-party reserve reports, engineering/geology technician and contract administration with Collarini Engineering Inc. and Explore Enterprises LLC.
