OTC provides offshore oil and gas exploration and production companies with Regulatory Compliance Readiness Inspections to help our clients operate safely and in compliance with federal regulations. All of our inspections are performed by former MMS/BOEMRE/BSEE inspectors. We provide both ongoing spot inspections and mock annual inspections, which include compliance documentation review, visual inspections, BOP test support and verification and safety systems checks for drilling and production operations in the GOM and internationally. Our experienced staff can train field operators and drilling personnel on regulatory compliance. OTC produces checklists to assist personnel with daily routines to ensure compliance. We also help offshore teams prevent INC’s and help to improve health, safety and environmental performance.
THE OTC COMMITMENT
Our reports provide action items to be addressed and explain noncompliances in detail to provide operators with the information they need to learn and improve regulatory performance. Our reports also indicate where performance meets or exceeds industry standards.
