Visual Inspection Criteria for Piping Process Systems

There are many stages or steps to perform corrosion/erosion inspections, which include visual (VT) and nondestructive testing (NDT). Visual inspection plays a vital role in all methods of Nondestructive Testing and is the basis for what Offshore Technical Compliance’s experienced inspectors do. For initial/level 1 corrosion/erosion facility assessments, visual inspections are performed on piping, pressure vessels, tanks and structures of topside process systems.
