Mr. Phelps is a Sr. Inspector for OTC providing clients with independent federal regulatory inspections for offshore oil and gas facilities. Inspections cover a wide range of activities from operations, environmental protection, and safety and apply to drilling, work over and completion, coiled tubing, wire line, and snubbing operations. Inspections include review of well control plans ranging from subsea to surface BOP manifold and safety devices.
