Oversaw drillship through construction to delivery by Samsung yard, ensured readiness for owner and client acceptance trials. Directly responsible for up to 200 crew and contractors, safety, drilling operations, regulatory compliance and a $2.1 billion annual operation.

ISM/ISPS Auditor

Responsible to the Region Manager for Far East and Australia operations for all International Safety Management (ISM) and Internationals Ship and Port Security (ISPS Audits) for vessels within the region. Conducted Marine Integrity Review audits, and management reviews with direct reporting to vessel management. Augmented or lead major incident investigation teams for incidences within the region.

Overall in charge of vessel and drilling program located in Angola and Indonesia. Directly responsible for up to 200 crew and contractor, safety, drilling operations, regularity compliance and a $1.8 billion annual operation.

Overall in charge of US Navy large research vessel conducting seismic and water column survey on behalf of US Navy and allies in Far East and Southeast Asia. Directly responsible for 42 crew and scientists for general safety, navigation, regulatory compliance and survey operations.
