Responsible for field based installation, commissioning, operation of BSEE approved Greenlight Digital Pressure Testing software and related equipment. Responsible for training rig personnel on utilization of Greenlight and related programs including the “Blueprint” test planning and analysis tool and the “Leaflet” documentation tool. Performed inspections on production facilities to ensure compliance with federal and company regulations. Participated in accident/incident investigations. Reviewed safe charts, P&ID drawings, safety flow diagrams and equipment layout drawings to match the BSEE approval. Assisted the HSE department with policy revisions. Performed JSA audits and reviews. Recorded all findings in the PINC tracker on Sempcheck website and discussed findings with the PIC, operations team and all other managers to resolve the problems.

Federal Inspector – BSEE (US Department of the Interior)
Performed inspections on production facilities to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations (BSEE, USCG, EPA and OSHA). Participated in accident/incident investigations and made recommendations for prevention of future accidents/incidents. Made recommendations on inspection improvements. Issued INC’s as warranted by the inspection for failure to comply with Federal Regulations.

Senior Operations Technician – BHP Billiton Petroleum
Operated the CCR to maintain production from subsea wells and topsides separation. Assisted with the start-up and operation of turbine compressors. Troubleshoot wells and equipment to ensure optimum production rates. Pickle subsea lines with methanol, hot oil or diesel before shutting the wells in for any extended to period to prevent hydrate formation. Made recommendations to improve production and work improvements. Maintained proper chemical injection rates based on production for that day as well as proper inventory of chemical storage to ensure a constant supply is available for use.

A-Operator – Quality Production Management
Maintained and operated facilities in a safe and efficient manner. Performed BSEE inspections and testing. Responsible for compliance paperwork for the facility. Troubleshoot equipment and wells to optimize production. Maintain proper chemical injection rates based on production for that day.
